Metchel Rosmolen - Emerging Leader

Metchel Rosmolen has been a senior assistant at Commerce Bank for ten years, becoming the go-to person for new hires and a trusted resource for leadership.  In 2020, her department honored her with an All-Star award for her exceptional contributions in her role. The following year, she was celebrated with the "Voice of Value" award for steering her market through a significant transition and was recognized as the 2023 Support Person of the Year. Metchel's commitment extends beyond her professional life. In 2014, she began her involvement with the PTO at her child’s school, serving as Secretary for the past three years.  In 2022, she and her spouse received the "Aces of our Heart Award" for their enduring volunteer work with the school. Her community engagement also led her to the Junior League, where she spearheaded Cinderella's Closet, ensuring that prom dresses reached those in need. After serving in this role, she transitioned to Vice President of Member Relations, guiding new members in community engagement. Her unwavering support and compassion inspire colleagues and the community, proving that with commitment and heart, anyone can make a lasting impact.
